Actual Mexican food. Small little restaurant, with maybe 10-16 seats inside, and 8 seats outside. The food is outstanding, compared to the chains across the city. Would recommend if you're a local and wanted to try something.

Consistently authentic and delicious! interior restaurant redone a few years back, given the restaurant a satisfying ambience, and with quick service a sit down meal is welcomed when time permits. Never disappoints and shrimp chimichanga is a must with an ice cold horchata. A Go-To for mi familia!

5/5 stars for the chips and gac but a little bit expensive $14 with tax but it was a big portion of the gac. I would say it's worth it. I would come again if I'm craving chips and gac.

Taquitos Mexico is authentic, fun, and tasty. My husband and I came here on a whim on a Friday night. A live mariachi band was performing when we arrived. We were promptly seated in the back room (sort of a bummer because the band was in the front room)! Food We ordered flautas de pollo and the house guacamole as appetizers. Portions were generous and delicious. Both tasted fresh and authentic. The guacamole was a tad plain, but I was okay with that. I can see some looking to add salt/ lime juice. For mains, I had the bistec a la mexicana and my husband had the bistec tampinqueña. Again generous portions and tasty. Everything seemed fresh. Ambiance Taquitos Mexico was lively for sure. With the mariachi band, it was quite loud. The restaurant was full when we arrived and everyone seemed to be having a good time. The front room is where all the entertainment is. The mariachi band, the lively diners, etc. The back room is better for families with kids or those preferring something quieter. Restaurant was well maintained. Service When we arrived the staff seemed a little overwhelmed. I saw two waitresses through there may have been three. Service was a little slow to start but our waitress made up for it and you could tell they were trying. Overall I'll be back. It's a nice neighborhood spot for a fun night of margaritas and Mexican bites!

Ordered two quesadillas - one steak and one chicken for delivery yesterday and was very pleased. Delivery was very prompt and friendly and quesadillas really hit the spot. Steak was good but a little bit chewy. Probably from the transit time. Still good, but we just liked the chicken more. A small portion of guacamole was included with each dish, which was my favorite part! Very tasty and perfectly seasoned. Will order a separate portion of guacamole on my next order.

The flavor here is dangerous. Dangerous to my wallet and dangerous to my waistline. I generally stick to the tacos and the burritos and you have many options that you can't go wrong with. This place has a good atmosphere with great music that allows you to have a conversation with whoever you're dining with. The wait staff don't check in on you too much, allowing you to enjoy your meal, but they are always easily available. The true danger of this place is their salsa. They manage to imbalance the salsa in a way that allows it to burn, but is sweet. This salsa has made me go from not generally enjoying spicy foods to me trying a bit of spicy with almost every meal. Everyone I've brought here loves their salsa. It burns, it's sweet, and it's addicting.
